DESCRIPTION:  A  commercial office building of approximately  65,620 sq.ft. The scope of work includes the site work, shell and core of the building, including lobby, toilet rooms and elevators. The structural system is steel framing supported by piles. The ground floor is a structural slab on grade. Elevated floors are composite decks with metal decking and concrete slabs. The exterior is a combination of glass curtain walls and EIFS system.
