Piper Jaffrey - Menlo Park, CA 17,000 SF for investment banking firm. Project included significant amount of interior glazing at private offices and wood veneer casework at video conference center. Interior wood veneer paneling, casework and doors were coordinated to match finish of owner provided systems furniture. Value: $1,200,000

Thomas Weisel Partners - Menlo Park, CA 16,200 SF tenant improvement project for investment banking firm. Project included significant amount of veneer casework and matching millwork at office door openings. Project also included video conferencing equipment in several offices and conference rooms. Value: $2,600,000

Heller Ehrman White and McAuliffe - Menlo Park, CA 85,000 SF tenant improvement project for law firm. Project included offices for approximately 80 attorneys, built in secretarial stations at 28 locations in addition to support staff, document storage and law library. Project also included a kitchen, cafeteria, dining room and audio/visual conferencing center. Value: $7,500,000
