The components of these buildings are dedicated office space, testing and Research and Development computer disk drive facilities. The interior courtyard is connected by pedestrian walkways, fountains and extensive landscaping designed to maximize the natural surrounding environment. The shell and tenant improvements include clean rooms, laboratories, cafeteria, fitness center, a data center, and conference center, engineering labs and support space.
