PROJECT: Toyon Hall Renovation, Stanford University

DESCRIPTION: Restoration and renovation of 1923 historic building. Three story 60,000 SF reinforced concrete housing facility designed by Bakewell & Brown. Seismic retrofit, new fire alarm and sprinkler system, upgrade electrical and lighting system, new clay tile roof system, accessibility modifications, renovation of shower and toilet rooms. Accerated 3-month schedule to accommodate academic calendar requirements.
