DESCRIPTION: Selective demolition of an 40 year old kitchen and servery. Additional seismic strengthening and other structural modifications of the existing structure. Complete buildout of new 13,000 sf kitchen/servery and 10,000 sf of dining rooms, including all kitchen equipment and MEPS systems.

Vance Brown was an integral design team member starting at the schematic design level, as all the MEPS systems were design build subcontractors. This was Vance Brown's third kitchen renovation with Stanford. Vance Brown has also been selected for another kitchen renovation project which will start in the winter of 2002.
