Private School Renovation – 24,000 sq.ft

Vance Brown commenced this multi-phase project after extensive pre-construction planning. The Administration Building was temporarily moved to allow construction of a new basement and foundation. Once the building was permanently placed on the new foundation the exterior renovation began. The historical significance of the building required careful attention to the use of materials and techniques in order to maintain the original appearance.

A new lobby was built connecting the Administration Building to the Chapel. A new balcony was added and the  Chapel was completely renovated.

The exterior received all new shingle siding and roof while the interior was given all new finishes.  Site layout was improved with additional parking and new landscaping.

In a second phase Vance Brown completed the construction of a 4,500 s.f. swimming pool, underground mechanical room and an auxiliary building.
