The
firm of Vance Brown, Inc. continues a
general contracting business established in 1932 by Vance Meacham
Brown. Now, in its seventy-first year of operation, the firm is
one of the oldest general contracting firms in the San Francisco
Bay Area. The firm is still owned and managed by the Brown family
with Loren Brown, a third generation descendent of Vance Brown,

Vance Brown has extensive experience in a wide variety of construction improvements
for a multitude of Owners, Architects, and Tenants in many different
