42,000 sq ft, 2 story residential dormitories. 80+ students per building w/ 4 (ea) residential apartments (2 bedroom w/ living room, kitchen, laundry, bath) and one two story residential unit (living room, kitchen, dining, study, master plus 2 bedrooms, family room, laundry, in each building for faculty. Radiant floor heat throughout, lounges in each wing, separate men and women’s buildings.
