New Medical Office Building

The 3-story 67,000 sf “all digital” medical office building designed to fully support medical office suites. The ground floor street façade is exterior plaster with individual window openings providing direct contrast to the upper floors storefront design while the main entrance is a two-story high glass atrium that provides a dramatic lobby space.

The main entry is sheltered by a one-story canopy that extends along the front of the building providing a covered walkway leading to the parking structure.

The building offers staff physicians “state of the art” technology and communication systems with wireless access, central phone systems and future capabilities for video teleconferencing and telemedicine.

The Medical Office Building is well landscaped in keeping with the design of the adjacent El Camino Hospital Campus and to preserve the heritage trees on the site. The landscape and streetscape extend and enhance the neighborhood atmosphere.
