YMCA facility consisting of Offices, Conference Rooms, Child Watch and Teen Social areas, complete Gym facility, work out areas, and an outdoor pool structure with separate Pool House structure. Includes management of M/E/P/FS/FA subcontractors. Project received first Gold Rating of LEED Certification by the U.S. Green Building Council ever issued to YMCA facility in the nation.
