Renovation - Private School


Vance Brown converted an existing 20,000 sf concrete tilt-up warehouse into a new 36,000 sf private grade school. Interior rooms consist of science labs, administrative offices, theater, and computer classrooms with linked infrastructures. Exterior sitework and recreational facilities were also constructed as part of the project.

Vance Brown remodeled 9,600 sf of existing classrooms and restrooms previously occupied by grade school students. The classrooms and restrooms were converted to accommodate kindergarten and pre-kindergarten students.
