New construction of a 9,490 sf CMU block/Kalwall Gymnasium and a 11,344 sf two story wood framed Academic Building with additional 2,692 sf of portable classrooms and a 1,440 sf administration portable. All new site utilities, parking lot, concrete hardscape, landscaping with artificial turf play area, outdoor classrooms and a basketball sport court. The academic building consists of computer engineering labs, science classrooms, art room and library. The Gymnasium is a multipurpose Gym/ Theater with music and drama room for after school.
