175,000 s.f. renovation and expansion of Stanford University Basketball Arena.
Extensive renovation of M/E/P/Fire Sprinkler systems. Project was fast-tracked and completed is less than 9 months, between basketball seasons.
Included a new 10,000 s.f. basement for new varsity locker rooms and support facilities and new 30,000 concourse structure housing all new concessions and public restrooms
