Phase I
Five single story buildings totaling 33,000 square feet.

Vance Brown constructed five new buildings which included science labs, computer classrooms, theater, and administrative offices

The project included associated sitework and the renovation of two existing buildings

Phase II

Phase II consisted of the construction of a 6,000 square foot structural steel framed building with plaster exterior and tiled roof building to accommodate the 8th grade students.

Classrooms included math and science rooms with  linked infrastructures

The entire project was Design/Build.  Vance Brown’s role was that of  Program Manager, Construction Manager, and General Contractor.

“Vance Brown is far more than just a building contractor; they took charge of our programming, design, budget and schedule, and painlessly delivered to us a new middle school in only 11 months.  Vance Brown understood, shared and implemented our vision.”
