BRITTANY BROWN CHAVEZ | CAO

Brittany oversees the stability and efficiency of Vance Brown's operations so project teams can focus entirely on their clients. She has spent more than 15 years with the firm, progressing from intern through Project Engineer and Project Manager before stepping into company leadership. A fourth-generation Brown family descendant, she is committed to upholding the firm's 90-plus-year legacy while positioning it for sustainable growth.

Brittany works with the leadership team to set and execute long-term strategy, and her hands-on understanding of field operations shapes how the company supports its projects. That institutional knowledge has made her a steady anchor for many of Vance Brown's longest-standing client relationships.
