Loren Brown | CEO

LOREN BROWN | CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Loren leads Vance Brown, guiding the firm's strategic direction and stewarding a family legacy of construction excellence spanning more than 90 years. As great-grandson of founder Vance Meacham Brown, he brings a third- perspective to the company's growth and client relationships. Under his leadership, Vance Brown has become one of the Bay Area's most respected general contractors, delivering complex, high-profile work while preserving its family-run culture.

Loren has sustained the company's commitment to long-term relationships: nearly half of VBI's staff has more than 10 years of tenure, and 90% of senior project managers rose from within. That stability gives clients confidence that the people who win a project are the people who deliver it.
