The Stevens Creek Boulevard office campus represents a two-phase development by Peery Arrillaga, with Vance Brown Builders serving as the general contractor for both Apple-leased buildings in Santa Clara. The first phase at 5409 Stevens Creek Boulevard, features a six-story office building with 187,500 square feet of space and larger floor plates optimized for Apple's operational needs, while the second phase at 5407 Stevens Creek Boulevard offers 148,000 square feet with a modified design featuring a smaller circular footprint.

Kenneth Rodrigues & Partners designed both buildings with a distinctive blue curtain wall system, and Vance Brown Builders coordinated the complex construction that includes a six-story precast parking garage with capacity for 685 vehicles. The development effectively creates a loose-knit mini-campus for Apple, with the buildings designed to accommodate up to 935 workers at 5409 and 740 workers at 5407.
