Stephen is Vance Brown’s full time in-house Safety Director and is tasked with assuring quality control of all companywide safety approaches and procedures. He works directly with onsite personnel to ensure Vance Brown employees, subcontractors, and third party personnel are adhering to all safety measures.

Stephen also closely coordinates with stakeholders, balancing project goals with all safety requirements.
