Chasen is a dedicated member of our Vance Brown team who is organized, thoughtful, and fair with his subcontractor and field staff interactions. His understanding of building systems allows for trust and open dialogue with on site personnel.

Chasen specializes in coordinating field activities and paperwork associated with the subcontractors and consultants, as well as assisting the Project Manager and Superintendent with documenting field observations, keeping up-to-date schedules, ensuring our project’s safety and QC is at an acceptable level.
