Chris brings to Vance Brown an ability to troubleshoot situations, critical path scheduling as well an understanding of projects across multiple markets.
He is responsible for bid documentation, contracts, production of layout drawings, coordination of subcontractors, scheduling, change orders, and building permits. Chris’s responsibilities include main point-of-contact for clients; ability to commit the firm contractually; maintain budget and schedule commitments. An expert at successfully overseeing tenant improvement projects, including quality, schedule, subcontractor performance, and financials.
