Chris runs the day-to-day management of scheduling, contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and permits alongside the Project Executive and Superintendent. He brings over 10 years of construction experience across housing, ground-up construction, and high-end tenant improvement work. On each, he coordinates with city officials, owners, architects, and engineers from preconstruction to completion.

His portfolio includes Stanford's $860 million Escondido Village Graduate Residences and the Ronald McDonald House ground-up rebuild in Palo Alto. His steady coordination and strong technical grasp of building systems keep demanding institutional schedules on track from first submittal to final inspection.
