Jared brings an ability to troubleshoot situations, develop critical path scheduling, and work on an active campus and with all the stakeholders involved. He is responsible for bid documentation, contracts, production of layout drawings, coordination of subcontractors, scheduling, change orders, and building permits.

Jared is an expert at successfully overseeing complex projects, including safety, quality, schedule, subcontractor performance, and financials, ensuring this project is delivered on time and on budget, with the client’s project goals in mind.
