Matt started his construction career as a laborer during school breaks and has grown with Vance Brown—from intern to project engineer, to project manager. This hands-on journey has given Matt a well-rounded perspective on what drives project success.

Matt leads by example, stay actively involved on site, and values strong relationships with developers, designers, consultants, and inspectors. His diverse project experience has equipped him with a solid understanding of various construction methods, and is passionate about the collaborative process that brings commercial projects to life.
