Matt has experience as an estimator, pre-construction manager, and overseeing project construction with Vance Brown. Previously, Matt acted as a General Superintendent, Senior Project Manager, Construction Manager, and Owner’s Representative.

Matt is equally proficient at obtaining subcontractor input for budgets as he is with generating budgets based on historical work coupled with market trends. He is organized with his estimates and bids, and can breakout pricing in a multitude of ways.
