Rachel has over 25 years of professional experience in the construction industry. Her project management specialties include large high-end office buildings, tenant improvements, and historical renovations. She works closely with City officials, owner representatives, architects, engineers, and subcontractors from preconstruction to completion of each project, focusing on balancing speed of schedule, costs, and quality. Rachel has tremendous experience and versatility and is capable of managing a project from early preconstruction to closeout.
