STEPHEN MORNINGSTAR | SAFETY DIRECTOR

Stephen is Vance Brown’s Director of Health & Safety and is tasked with assuring quality control of all companywide safety approaches and procedures. He works directly with onsite personnel to ensure Vance Brown employees, subcontractors, and third party personnel are adhering to all safety measures while promoting a strong safety culture.

Stephen has over 11yrs of experience in construction and industrial safety management and 20yrs of public safety as a former Chief of Police for a metropolitan city within the Bay Area.     

Stephen also closely coordinates with stakeholders, balancing project goals with all safety requirements.
