RACHEL CARRASCO | PROJECT EXECUTIVE

Rod started working at Vance Brown in 1998 as a Project Manager. Over the past three decades, he has overseen several notable projects for the company and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2024.

Rod has over 30 years of professional experience in the construction industry including logging over $2B in construction on Bay Area educational campuses. He has performed many aspects of construction ranging from General Carpentry to Project Management.

Rod specializes in management of complex construction projects involving coordination of subcontractors, excavation, structural framing, self-performed concrete work and a wide array of interior improvements. He leverages his strong relationships with the subcontractor community to produce top level speed, costs, and quality for his clients.
