Brittany serves as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), focusing on the stability and efficiency of the company’s operations to ensure every team member can flawlessly execute Vance Brown’s core mission. She has spent over 15 years within the company, demonstrating a true hands-on understanding of the business. Her tenure began as an Intern and progressed through key roles, including Project Engineer and Project Manager.

Brittany is particularly proud to be a fourth-generation Brown family descendant, committed to upholding the firm’s over 90-year legacy in the Bay Area. In her current capacity, she works closely with the leadership team to develop and implement long-term strategies that position the company for sustainable growth and continued market leadership. She is focused on evolving the company while honoring its rich history and founding principles. Brittany's understanding of field operations informs her focus on operational excellence, which allows project teams to concentrate fully on delivering exceptional results to clients.
