Loren Brown serves as Chief Executive Officer of Vance Brown Builders, and is the great-grandson of Vance Brown’s founder, Vance Meacham Brown. As a third-generation descendant of the company's founder, Loren continues the family legacy of excellence in construction that has spanned over 90 years.

Under Loren's leadership, Vance Brown has grown to become one of the Bay Area's oldest and most respected general contractors, maintaining its family-run culture while delivering complex, high-profile projects across diverse market sectors.

Loren has maintained the company's commitment to building long-term relationships, with nearly half of VBI's staff having over 10 years of tenure and 90% of senior project managers promoted from within.
