John drives schedules, issues contracts, and coordinates change orders and permits across core-and-shell, tenant improvement, and large-scale residential projects. He brings more than 35 years of construction experience, working closely with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors from preconstruction to closeout.

His portfolio includes the seismic renovation of Stanford's historic Roble Gymnasium, a $24 million project now home to the university's theater and performance studies programs. He also delivered the $28 million conversion of a movie theater into the Peninsula Arts Guild's live music venue. John's organizational discipline and clear communication make him a steady hand on complex, occupied, and historic renovation work.
