LANCE THOMPSON |‍ ‍SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Lance runs OAC meetings and coordinates consultants, estimating, billing, and cost control. He works alongside Vance Brown's Project Executives and Superintendents to keep schedules current and quality and safety standards met. He brings over 10 years of construction experience, primarily on technology-sector tenant improvement and ground-up projects, and his ability to gather and process information quickly supports continuity in the field.

His portfolio includes Google's Brokaw Road Office Phase 2 and the LEED-certified Mercedes-Benz tenant improvement, complete with a rooftop go-kart track. That organization and field continuity have earned Lance repeat assignments from Vance Brown's technology-sector clients.
