Alpine Hills Tennis & Swimming Club

The Alpine Hills Tennis & Swimming Club project, constructed by Vance Brown Builders, involved a complete tear down and reconstruction of the primary country club facility in Portola Valley.

 
This comprehensive renovation included extensive new site work with retaining walls, parking lot infrastructure, and utilities, along with the construction of an elevated patio deck that takes advantage of the club's scenic hillside location. The rebuilt facility features new dining areas, bar facilities, and office spaces, all centered around a full-service commercial kitchen designed to support the club's year-round dining program.
