CityLine Building T is a ground-up construction project built by Vance Brown Builders, featuring a 103,000 square foot, two-story concrete and steel structure that exemplifies modern mixed-use development. Vance Brown successfully managed the complex construction process, strategically coordinating the building design to accommodate two major national tenants on separate floors—Whole Foods Market on the first-floor retail space and AMC Theater on the second floor.

The project required Vance Brown's expertise in extensive structural and mechanical coordination to ensure compatibility between the drastically different operational needs of a grocery store and movie theater complex. This development represents part of the larger 36-acre CityLine master-planned community that has transformed downtown Sunnyvale into a vibrant mixed-use destination.
